The Willow Oaks Swimming Pool has many rental options!

Rental bookings are available to Members and Non-Members. 

Planning a party, training or event?

Willow Oaks has rental options for you!

Shelter Rentals

Shelter Rentals are available for up to 30 total attendees. 
This give the attendees a private space to hold thier party festivities while the pool is open to the public. This space is yours for your entire rental time period. 
Maximum of 4 hours. 

2025 Shelter Rental Rates:

Willow Oaks Pool Members: $50 per hour
                       Non-Members: $75 per hour

  • Maximum of up to 30 total attendee

  • Non-Member swimming attendees will be required to pay the current guest fee. â€‹â€‹â€‹

 

Pool Rentals

Pool Rentals are available in different pricing based on the number of attendees. We provide Lifeguards, concessions, music system, catering options, and much more!

All pool rentals are for "After Hours"​

 

All After Hours Bookings are from 7:00PM - 10:00PM

30 minutes before and after for setup and closeout

​

We operate bookings on a first come first serve basis.

* Pool Rates are determined for cost of total pool operation and
   needed Lifeguard staff.

How do you book? 

EASY! 

 

  1. First... Look at the calendar below.

  2. Check to see if the date you want is available and select your date.

  3. Then fill select which form you need to fill out and submit it!

  4. Once the Pool Manager has reviewed your booking request, you will be sent the booking email on how to secure your date!​
