Doors will open at 6:00pm. Upon arrival, please fill out the Attendance Record sheet. At this time, you will receive a marker that allows your vote to be recognized during the meeting. Only Willow Oaks Residents in Good Standing (paid their dues) may vote and participate in the raffles. If you missed a payment, you can pay when you sign in to attend the meeting. There will be 3 openings on the Board to be voted upon.

WORA (Willow Oaks Recreation Association) is a community nonprofit organization established in 1966 for the Willow Oaks Covenant Community in Hampton, VA
WORA strives to provide a welcoming, functioning, and peaceful community through various programs, projects, and events.
