WORA (Willow Oaks Recreation Association) is a community nonprofit organization established in 1966 for the Willow Oaks Covenant Community in Hampton, VA
WORA strives to provide a welcoming, functioning, and peaceful community through various programs, projects, and events.
We are committed to our 429 resident properties to ensure community, inclusion, and ownership.
